We’re moving from a ‘friends’ board to interviewing new ‘real’ board members. The top 20 list helped me nail some fantastic interview questions. I feel like I will now have a solid understanding of the person and their intentions after my interview.

I had my first board member added, a former board member reinstated. In addition we had our first strategic planning session and the second one is scheduled, and 3 board committees were formed. Your information has been so helpful!

Cynthia K.

You’ve given me a LOT of ideas – and I’m about to propose that our Board restructure the meetings down to quarterly. I have ideas now on how to get people to actually participate and I’m actually looking forward to board meetings in the future.
