Live Online Workshop
How to Identify, Recruit, and Convince the RIGHT People to Join Your Board (in just 1 week)
Get ready to transform your nonprofit’s board by attracting high-functioning, committed members who are aligned with your mission. This exclusive 5-day workshop will equip you with actionable strategies to build a strong, effective board that drives your organization’s success.
You can’t have a thriving nonprofit without a
high-performing board!
A strong, effective board is crucial for the success and sustainability of any nonprofit organization. Without the right members, nonprofits struggle with governance issues, lack of engagement, and ineffective fundraising.
This 5-day workshop addresses these challenges head-on, providing you with the tools to build and maintain a high-functioning board.
Finding great board members isn’t rocket science – if you know where to look.
Too many nonprofit leaders rely on friends and family – especially in their earlier years leading to conflicts and issues like groupthink, limited networks, and resistance to change.

Why is it so challenging to find great and effective board members?
It’s actually not, if you know the right process.
Learn how to reach beyond your immediate circle and find diverse, high-caliber candidates who are passionate about your mission. If you are really trying to build an effective board, having members with a diversity of thought, life experience, and identity is a critical ingredient.
And once you’ve found them…
Convincing your top candidates is easier than you think.
In fact, it can be surprisingly simple to get them on your board.
You need to build a long-term
leadership pipeline.
A consistent process that brings in strong members year after year… a sustainable pipeline of board talent to ensure ongoing strength and stability… it’s CRITICAL!
Your future leaders await!
And what about those “bad apple”
board members?
Toxic and disengaged board members can
absolutely disrupt your organization’s progress.
But it is totally possible to effectively manage and replace these “bad
apples,” ensuring a harmonious and productive board environment.

I was looking for mentorship and to learn from other leaders. I, myself, did not ‘grow up’ in the nonprofit arena. One of the best results I’ve gotten is I’ve gone from a board of four members to a board of twelve, fully engaged. Our work has gone off the charts!
